layers Multiple Windows or Toolbar Showing in Home or Office Service
If you are using Home or Office Access Service and are seeing multiple windows, you are likely connecting to your own local PC. Follow the instructions below to fix the issue:
How to fix the issue
1)
Make sure you have 2 separate PCs (Remote and Local Viewer).
2)
The service only has to be installed on the remote PC, NOT on the Viewer.
3)
To remove the service on the Viewer PC, go to your page (
https://XXXXX.showmypc.com), Download and Run, and go to Options > Remove Service.
4)
Make sure you have followed the install instructions on the Host PC only.
You should see your remote PC online in the list when you click "View Remote PC". If you do not see your PC, make sure you have installed the service only on the remote PC.
